Google Ads agency: every euro has to be explainable

You can pay to show up on Google tomorrow; the hard part is knowing how much each customer who came in that way has cost you. We set up the campaigns in an account that’s yours and measure calls, forms and orders, not clicks.

The account is in your name from day one and you see exactly the same as we do.

What you get

Specifically.

  • A screen with a panel of columns and bars next to a calculator and a notebook

Ads and SEO split the work

Ads put you on Google this week and disappear when you stop paying; SEO takes months and stays. That’s why they belong on different pages and with teams that talk to each other: ads show us which searches bring real customers, and that list decides which pages are worth writing next. If you’re just starting out or you’re up against a deadline, start here; if work is already coming in from search, the other one is probably a better fit.

  • Numbered cardboard cards arranged in columns on stone

Search: capture people who are already looking for you

It’s the campaign that makes the most sense to a business: someone types “emergency plumber” and your ad appears. The work is in the details: which keywords you buy and with which match type, which keywords you block so you don’t pay for the curious, what the ad says and which page the click lands on. A page that doesn’t answer the search wastes your money, no matter how good the ad is. That’s why we review the website before turning anything on.

  • Shopping, Performance Max and remarketing

Shopping shows your product with photo and price before the click: it’s for catalogue sellers who need the data they send to Google to be spotless. Performance Max spreads your investment across Google’s entire network with automation, and we only use it when the account already has reliable conversions to guide it; without data, it spends blindly. Remarketing shows your site again to people who already visited, in moderation, because chasing someone for three weeks doesn’t convince them, it wears them out.

Paid campaigns

Every euro invested has to be explainable.

In detail

We measure cost per contact, not impressions

Before the first campaign, we set up what counts as a contact: a call, a form, a WhatsApp message, an order. Without that, Google optimises for what it can measure, which is usually clicks, and you end up paying for visits. With that in place, every week we know how much each contact has cost by campaign and by search, and we move the budget where it’s cheaper. And we ask you whether those contacts are worth it: a curious person’s form isn’t the same as a customer’s.

They’re two separate things and that’s how we present them to you. The ad spend is paid by you to Google, from your account and with your card; we don’t touch it or take a percentage. Management is billed separately and covers structure, ads, weekly adjustments, measurement and reporting. That way, at any time you know which part of your money buys clicks and which part buys work, and you can switch agencies tomorrow without losing the account or the history.

How we work

Four steps, always the same.

  1. Understand

We come to your company and look at what customers ask you, what comes in today and where from. Without that there's no proposal.

  2. Decide

What goes first, what can wait and what you don't need yet. In writing, before we start.

  3. Make

We build it and you see it before it goes out. Nothing is published without your sign-off.

  4. Carry on

We look at what brought enquiries and what didn't, and decide the next step with that in front of us.

The work

Work made for clients.

  • A burger photographed in front of a neon sign inside the restaurant
  • Still life of speciality coffee bags on wood, with beans scattered around
  • A cocktail in a glass in front of a dimly lit shelf of bottles
  • A seafood dish on a wooden table, photographed from above
  • Two people toasting with burgers at a restaurant table

In depth

If you want to know more.

If you already have an account: rebuild it or fine-tune it

If we inherit an account, we audit it before touching it. Signs it needs to be rebuilt from scratch: campaigns mixing searches that have nothing to do with each other, conversions counting visits to a thank-you page nobody visits, zero negative keywords, ads unchanged for a year. Signs it just needs fine-tuning: a sensible structure, real conversion history and a badly distributed budget. We tell you which case applies with the audit in front of us and how much time each path costs.

What we need from you to get started

Access to the account if it exists, or we create it in your name. A website where a contact can be measured: a form that works, a clickable phone number, WhatsApp. A decided media budget, because without it there’s no campaign to plan. Someone who answers contacts quickly, because a form answered the next day is already a lost contact. And a few learning weeks at the start where data leads and opinions don’t, ours included.

Contact

Tell us what you're working on.

A new website, a video, a campaign or all three at once. Tell us about it and we will say where we would start.

Or write it down here

Fill this in and we will come back with something specific, not a catalogue.

What you do, what you want to move and by when. Two lines is plenty.
